1. Who we are and what this covers

socialjackpotfun.com (“Emerald Fortune”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Emerald Fortune Interactive Ltd, a company registered in Republic of Ireland under number IE 742318, VAT IE3812947TH, with its registered office at Clover House, 41 Harcourt Green, Dublin 2, D02 XW71, Ireland. These terms apply to every visitor and every registered account. By opening the site, passing the age confirmation, or creating an account, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

2. This is a social casino, not gambling

Emerald Fortune is a free-to-play entertainment service. You should be clear on all of the following before you play:

• No stake. You cannot deposit money, connect a payment method, or wager anything of value. No cashier exists on this site.
• No prize. Nothing you do here can win money, goods, vouchers, tokens, cryptocurrency or any other item of value.
• No withdrawal. Coins cannot be cashed out, redeemed, gifted, sold, traded or converted into anything, inside or outside this site.
• No purchase. We do not sell coins, boosts, levels or any other in-game item, and we have no plans to.
• Coins are a score. The 10,000 coins granted at registration and the 5,000 daily top-up are a licence to display a number in your account. They are not property, not currency and not a debt owed to you.

Because there is no stake and no prize, what happens here is not gambling under the law of Republic of Ireland and we hold no gambling licence. We do not accept, forward or facilitate real-money wagers of any kind.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Emerald Fortune, regardless of the age of majority where you live. We ask you to confirm your age on arrival and again when you register. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it without notice, and we will not restore the coin balance. Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered should email [email protected] and we will act on it promptly.

4. Your account

Registration is free and requires a nickname, an email address and a password. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your password to yourself, and to tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One person may hold one account. We do not permit automated play, scripted interaction, or attempts to inflate a coin balance by any means other than playing the games and claiming the daily bonus.

You can stop using the service whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by email. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, attacks the site, harasses our staff, or attempts to present Emerald Fortune as a real-money gambling service.

5. The daily bonus

A registered account may claim 5,000 coins once every 24 hours from the lobby. The clock runs from your last successful claim, not from midnight. Unclaimed bonuses do not accumulate. We may change the amount, the interval or the mechanic itself at any time, since no consideration has been paid for it.

6. The games

Games in our lobby are official free demonstration builds published by their original studios and loaded into a frame on our pages from those studios' own servers. We do not host, modify or control the game software, and we cannot influence any result it produces. Any balance, currency symbol or figure shown inside a game window belongs to that demo and has no connection to your Emerald Fortune coin balance and no value of any kind.

Games may be unavailable, removed or replaced without notice — sometimes because a studio has retired a demo, sometimes because their servers are down. We do not promise continuous availability of any particular title.

7. Intellectual property

The Emerald Fortune name, logo, site design, written content and layout belong to Emerald Fortune Interactive Ltd. Game titles, artwork, sounds and software belong to their respective studios and are used as supplied in their public demonstration form. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of anything to you. You may not copy our written content or reproduce the site in whole or in part without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to use it;
• probe, scan, overload or interfere with the site, its servers or the third-party game servers;
• scrape, frame or republish our pages, or strip out our age and entertainment-only notices;
• present Emerald Fortune coins as having value, or offer to buy, sell or exchange them anywhere;
• use the site to promote real-money gambling to other visitors.

9. No warranty, and the limits of our liability

Emerald Fortune is provided as it is, free of charge, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Emerald Fortune Interactive Ltd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of coins, corrupted or lost account data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of Republic of Ireland.

We are especially clear on one point: because coins have no value, the loss of a coin balance — for any reason, including our own error — is not a financial loss and will not be compensated.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it changed. Continuing to use Emerald Fortune after a change means you accept the new version. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Republic of Ireland, and the courts of Republic of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
